Job Title: Beach Food Sale Guy Location: Versova beach Company: BIID Salary: commission basis Working Hours: 5pm-11pm Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beach Food Sale Guy. In this role, you will be responsible for selling food items to beachgoers, ensuring they have a delightful and convenient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and interacting with a variety of customers. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Customer Service: Approach and engage with beach visitors, offering them a selection of food items. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience. - Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the food items being sold, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer any customer queries. - Inventory Management: Keep track of the food inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained throughout the day and that items are restocked as needed. - Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a secure and organized cash box. - Hygiene & Safety: Ensure that all food items are stored, handled, and served in a hygienic manner, following food safety regulations. - Setup & Cleanup: Set up the food stand or cart at the beginning of the day and pack up at the end, ensuring that the area is clean and waste is disposed of properly. - Sales Reporting: Maintain a daily log of sales, inventory, and any issues that arise during the shift, reporting them to the supervisor as needed. Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Experience: Previous experience in food sales, retail, or customer service is a plus. - Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods - A friendly and outgoing personality Additional Requirements: - Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak beach season. - Physical Fitness: Ability to carry and move food items, and stand for long periods.
