BDM (Software Sales)

You will be responsible for developing sales goals and ensuring their achievement, training personnel to enhance their skills, and formulating a growth strategy that prioritizes financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, organizing business meetings with potential clients, and mentoring entry-level staff to elevate them into proficient sales professionals. Collaborating with the business development team, you will participate in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative project strategies and pinpoint sales opportunities that align with client preferences.
