Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Business Development Manager (Sales) in the IT sector. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads, and attending industry events to promote the company’s services.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
• Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying new opportunities
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
• Knowledge of the IT industry and its trends
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Onsite Client Meetings & Travel will be Mandatory (Office + Field Work)
• Personal Laptop & Two Wheeler Vehicle is Mandatory
