BDM - Hyderabad - Project Sales

As a Business Development Manager (HHP) in the Power Generation BU at Kirloskar Powergen, your primary role will be to provide technical advice and education to assigned customers regarding our products. You will work closely with consultants, architects, engineers, and decision-makers to secure specifications early in the design process. Your responsibilities will include supporting the sales team in promoting various product solutions, with a focus on key project specifications. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in Specification Sales or Business Development, specifically dealing with customers like Consultants, Architects, and Influencers. A deep understanding of Genset complete solutions is essential. Your success will depend on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a dynamic personality that embodies a strong winning and high-performance mindset. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Being self-motivated, quick learner, highly adaptable, and maintaining a can-do attitude are crucial attributes for this position. Your key result areas (KRAs) will include business development in new and emerging segments, providing engineering support to MEP consultants, and creating value through a solutions selling approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering technical support to GOEM and KGDs, tracking and monitoring enquiries/leads at a micro level, and ensuring customer relationship management. Staying updated with market intelligence will also be an essential part of your role.,
