Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Client Interaction

  • Attend to inbound and assigned leads generated through telecallers, digital campaigns, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs — including purpose (own use/investment), budget, business profile, and purchase timeline.
  • Present project details confidently, highlighting location advantages, ROI potential, quality standards, and the company’s strong track record.
  • Maintain professional and prompt communication with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

2. Site Visit Coordination & Conversion

  • Schedule and conduct personalized site visits with thorough preparation and attention to client expectations.
  • Present project USPs effectively, emphasizing on-time delivery and premium positioning.
  • Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations with confidence to achieve closures.
  • Ensure all booking formalities, payments, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

3. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Update CRM software (Sell.do or equivalent) daily with detailed client interactions, visit outcomes, and follow-up notes.
  • Submit daily call, visit, and booking reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor the sales funnel (Lead Visit Negotiation Booking Collection) and ensure timely follow-ups for conversion.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Tele calling teams for lead assignment and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Accounts teams to ensure smooth booking documentation and payment tracking.
  • Share market insights and client feedback with the Sales Head and Marketing team for continuous improvement.

5. Market Awareness & Brand Representation

  • Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing trends, and developments in Coimbatore’s premium real estate segment.
  • Represent the company with a strong sense of professionalism — in appearance, communication, and conduct.
  • Participate in brand promotions, property expos, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Achieve a

    conversion ratio of 15–20%

    from site visits to bookings.
  • Meet or exceed

    monthly sales targets of 2–3 Cr

    (depending on project stage).
  • Maintain consistent CRM discipline and timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure

    high client satisfaction

    and generate repeat/referral business.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in

    English and Tamil

    (Hindi proficiency is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Good understanding of real estate documentation, pricing, and financial fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business

    .
  • Confident, self-driven, and result-oriented professional with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (preferably in Marketing or Real Estate Management).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in

    premium real estate sales, high-value investments, or advisory services.
