We are seeking a dynamic and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Sales Merchant. This role involves extensive communication with customers, order processing, customer interaction, payment follow-ups, and contributing to customer acquisition efforts. Tasks - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. - Process orders received from customers efficiently and accurately. - Interact with customers through various channels to ensure a positive experience. - Follow up on payments and ensure timely resolution of any payment-related issues. - Actively contribute to customer acquisition strategies and initiatives. Requirements Proficient in English with average speaking and writing skills. Strong email communication abilities. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for order processing and data management. Proven track record in customer interaction and relationship management. Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Minimum 1 Year Exp in the relevant Job Profile.
