We operate in the Interior Design and Fit-Out services sector, delivering residential, commercial, and hospitality design-to-delivery solutions across India. This role sits at the intersection of design and commercial growthconverting design capability into repeatable revenue through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and turnkey project sales.

Role: Business Development Manager (Interior Design) On-site (India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end business development: identify, qualify and convert leads into signed interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, BOQs, and scope documents; lead pricing, negotiation and contract closure.
  • Manage key client relationships (developers, architects, contractors, corporate clients) and act as primary commercial point-of-contact throughout project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with design, estimating and delivery teams to align client expectations, timelines and handover readiness.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM; produce forecasts, win/loss analyses and report on opportunity progress.
  • Attend client meetings, site surveys and industry events; represent the company in RFPs, tenders and technical-commercial discussions.

Qualifications (commercial & Experience)

  • Proven track record of closing B2B interior design, fit-out or turnkey projects and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals, BOQs, and participating in tender/RFP responses.
  • Comfortable with frequent on-site client meetings and travel across India; able to represent the business in technical-commercial forums.
  • Strong commercial acumen, structured sales approach and experience using CRM to manage pipelines and forecasts.
