As a Sales Executive, your role will involve identifying and onboarding potential DSAs and Channel partners from the open market. You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with both new and existing partners to achieve business targets. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day operational support to your channel partners to ensure smooth functioning. Your main focus will be on driving monthly sales targets and meeting various business metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard potential DSAs and Channel partners - Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners - Provide operational support to channel partners - Drive monthly sales targets and business metrics To excel in this role, you should possess excellent sales skills, including rapport building and negotiation abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. Prior experience in NBFC and DSA, preferably in mortgages such as Home loan and LAP, is required. Having your conveyance and a strong local industry network will be advantageous. Fluency in the regional language would also be beneficial. Qualifications Required: - 12th pass The company offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Relocation or reliable commuting to Noida is required.
