Roles and Responsibilities

Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate guidance to customers.
Meet sales targets set by the company while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and expanding existing customer base.
Provide expert advice on various general insurance products such as health, motor, travel, home, accidental, marine & fire policies.
Manage relationships with retail customers through regular meetings, calls, and emails to identify their insurance needs.
Need to handle big and small broking firms located in entire west bengal.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in broking channel or related field (insurance broking).
Strong understanding of general insurance products including health, motor, travel, home, accidental, marine & fire policies.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with retail customers.
Ability to work independently from office location with minimal supervision.
