Hiring for Business Development Manager Location- Delhi Okhla Phase 2 Key Responsibilities: BDM should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The BDM should have a flair for building relationships and penetrating into new accounts while having managed multiple key accounts in the government/corporate/ enterprise accounts with thefollowing requisites. Should be result oriented with proven sales track record. Should be able to independently handle key accounts. His or her own set of strong accounts. Basic technical knowledge preferred for UPS, Datacenters, IT servers, storage, Networking and Security solutions. Min 3 years’ experience in related field and should have strong communication skills. Worked both on Government / PSU & large corporates / Enterprises. Good relationship with OEMs preferred. Will be responsible for maintaining and augmenting business from existing clients, and generating business from new accounts. Die-hard and passionate sale with strong at end user and OEM ends. Strategic Relationship Building, Processes, Team Building and Leadership. Self-starter and should have a Track record. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 years industry related business development experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. Focused and goal-oriented.
