This role is for a Sales & Marketing Manager for a global IT services company named BizBrolly. Based in Noida, this position requires at least 7 years of experience in IT services or SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to drive global growth and revenue by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. A key part of this is being a proactive, self-starter who can generate leads using platforms like LinkedIn and is flexible enough to work across international time zones to connect with clients in the US, Europe, and GCC markets.The role focuses on selling various IT services, including:Dedicated Offshore TeamsStaff AugmentationCustom Software DevelopmentSaaS ProductsYou will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, owning revenue targets, and maintaining a healthy CRM. This includes conducting discovery calls and presentations with global clients, collaborating with the delivery team to create proposals, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers like CXOs and CTOs.
Required Skills and Experience
*Excellent Communications Required (both verbal and written)To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of at least 7 years in the technology sales industry. Exceptional skills in LinkedIn networking and social selling are a must. You should also have a strong understanding of offshore development, staff augmentation, and the enterprise IT sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, independent, and self-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
