BDE - KSA Process - IT Hardware

You will be joining our Sales Team at the Back Office in Kochi, Kerala, with a focus on the Middle East market for IT hardware sales. Your role will involve supporting sales operations for IT hardware products targeting clients in the UAE & KSA. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in IT hardware sales, excellent skills, and experience working with international markets, particularly the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: - Identify the target market and execute cold calling strategies. - Introduce IT hardware products and solutions to potential customers. - Generate inquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal execution, including logistics, presales, technical support, and finance. Market & Product Knowledge: - Stay updated on IT hardware products such as servers, storage, networking equipment, and peripherals. - Monitor Middle East market trends, client preferences, and competitor offerings. - Provide insights to sales strategies based on market intelligence. Key Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus). - Experience: 1+ years in sales operations or IT hardware sales. - Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hardware products. - Market Exposure: Experience working with Middle East clients is highly desirable. - Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems. Preferred Qualities: - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities effectively.
