Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT Sales and Lead Generation. The position is based in Lucknow. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and preparing sales proposals. The BDE will also collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of software development, web design, app development, and digital marketing
• Proficiency in preparing compelling sales proposals and presentations
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
