Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and maintain client relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support senior team members in achieving business targets
• Maintain records of interactions and progress using CRM tools

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
