Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales / Business Development
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Explain company products/services to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings/demos.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email drafting.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
