Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar, ITPL, Koramangala) Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for [ EdTech: education/technology or Real Estate: real estate/property management ], and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Client Relationship Management Sales & Negotiation Market Research & Analysis Reporting & CRM Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. LLB graduates will be an added advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
