Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research

Present products/services to potential customers via phone or video

Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data

Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly targets

Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for lead nurturing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

1–3 years of experience in inside/telesales or business development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven with a customer-first mindset

Proficiency in CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
