KBA Systems is an IT/Software Development company based in Ahmedabad. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who has strong expertise in chat/call-based services.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: IT / Software Development

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in chat/call-based business development.
• Education: BE/BTech/BSc IT/MSc/MCA/MTech
• Candidates from Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh can apply.
• Work from office only – No work-from-home option.
• Candidates interviewed in the last 6 months should reapply only after completing 6 months.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle client communication through chat and calls.
• Develop strong client relationships and understand project requirements.
• Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and proposals.
• Maintain records, reports, and CRM updates.
