As a School Outreach Executive at our innovative startup dedicated to providing interest-based career counseling solutions for students in the 9th and 10th standards, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with school decision-makers in Pune and nearby areas. By effectively integrating our career counseling solutions within schools, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards fulfilling career paths. **Key Responsibilities:** - Regularly visit CBSE/ICSE schools in Pune and nearby areas. - Leverage your existing relationships with school decision-makers to build strong partnerships. - Present and demonstrate our career counseling solution to schools. - Facilitate integration and adoption of our product within schools, driving student enrollments. - Achieve defined revenue targets through successful school partnerships. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, specifically within the education sector. - Established network with school decision-makers (Principals, Heads of Departments, Academic Coordinators) in Pune. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about student career guidance. - Comfortable traveling regularly within the region. - Fluency in English and proficiency in Marathi/Hindi preferred. In addition to a competitive salary based on your last drawn and interview, you will also be eligible for a monthly travel allowance of up to 5,000, performance incentives, and the opportunity for rapid growth in a dynamic startup environment.
