BDA (Offline Growth)

You will be joining Pronto, an early-stage startup revolutionizing the unorganized sector of domestic help with a trusted tech-enabled platform for maid services. With the support of notable investors, the company aims to bring dignity, structure, and consistency to urban households by providing reliable, trained, and verified domestic help. In your role as part of the Offline Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Senior Offline Marketing Manager in executing on-ground customer acquisition and field campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing below-the-line (BTL) activities like society activations, apartment demos, market stalls, and community drives. - Supporting in hiring, training, and coordinating field promoters for hyperlocal outreach. - Tracking leads, maintaining real-time reporting, and monitoring campaign effectiveness. - Assisting in developing and managing partnerships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), local vendors, and resident committees. - Ensuring a seamless transition of potential customers from awareness to conversion. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Content, and Product for campaign alignment. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - At least 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or consumer-facing roles. - Comfortable with field-intensive responsibilities including weekend activations and city travel. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to follow instructions diligently and execute campaigns effectively with a high sense of ownership. - Proficiency in using reporting tools, Google Sheets, and basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. - Fluency in Hindi with English proficiency being an added advantage. - Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.,
