We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Leader to spearhead client growth and strategic partnerships across our Coaching, HR, and Leadership Services portfolio. This entrepreneurial role is perfect for someone who blends strong business acumen with a passion for people development and transformation.

Role Summary & Clarification:

This is a strategic business development role for an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in driving growth in the HR, coaching, and leadership development domains.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in partnering with CXOs, CHROs, and leadership teams across industries to deliver transformational people solutions. The ideal candidate will bring in deep relationship capital, a strong consultative approach, and the ability to translate HR and coaching services into revenue-generating partnerships.

🔹 What You Bring:

• 20+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or consulting in HR/People Advisory space

• Strong exposure to leadership development, coaching, talent solutions, and strategic HR interventions

• Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-level growth through long-term partnerships

• Excellent relationship-building skills with decision-makers at senior levels (CXO/Board/HR Heads)

• Entrepreneurial energy and a passion for building sustainable, purpose-driven business lines
