- Quantity Estimation experience Good Knowledge of (Bar Bending Schedule ) Knowledge of Material Reconciliation, IS codes for measurements.
- Moderate level of MS office, AutoCAD proficiency Well versed with IS 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings.
- Knowledge and Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design .
- Should have completed multiple projects as quantity surveyor ON SITE on independent responsibility.
- Able to understand all types of drawings
Taking Off quantities from various drawings.
Understanding of Contract conditions, Bill Of Quantities, Specifications.
Preparing and Reviewing Bills.
Planning total scope ( BBS ) for month.
Preparing BBS of RAFT, FOOTING, RETAING WALL, COLUMN, BEAMS & SLAB.
Quantity measurement: - like Concrete quantity of raft, retaining wall, footing, column, beam and slab. Shuttering quantity of the same, measurement of steel.
Certifying the Bill of Contractors.
Coordination with Site Engineer and Project Engineer.
Very good in rolling margin in reinforcement steel
