The candidate should consist of extensive experience in the area of Implementing and administration of Cisco IPT, Video Telepresence, Voice GW's, CMS(Acano) deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and new migration plans. Knowledge About Crestron AirMedia Crestron Mercury (built-in AirMedia) Kramer Via Go (new standard device) Strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager Server deployment Consulting, Migration, etc Hands on experience on Pexip server nodes, conferencing, Edge nodes, Teams connector etc. Strong understanding of Telephony dial plan, call control/routing design implementation. Deployment Consulting, Migration of Cisco Video Communications Server (as Expressway-C and Expressway-E for Mobile and Remote Access (MRA). Strong knowledge on Cisco TelePresence (TelePresence Conductor, TelePresence Server, MCU's,TCS and TelePresence Management Suite) In depth understanding of SIP, H323 BFCP protocols, PRI ISDN for troubleshooting, packet analysis, RTP. Strong proven understanding of network elements, QoS, RTP, RTCP with packet analysis and troubleshooting ability. Strong understanding of Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints like DX, SX, MX, TX, CTS, IX models Jabber endpoints. Exposure to UCS hardware platform VM ware platforms, LDAP integration, Outlook integration etc. Provide input for planning, assessment, implementation, rollout preparation for change execution. Implement workarounds in order to restore the services during incidents like P1 and P2. A good knowledge on Linux, Java scripting, Powershell. Good knowledge on Windows server management, Webservices, Tomcat. Troubleshooting tools, Wireshark, translator, RTMT, PCAP capturing and debug analysis. The candidate should at least have 8 to 12 years of core expertise in Voice and Video technologies. The candidate's ability to grasp complex design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients. Ability to solve problems with innovative ideas.
