Battery Pack Technician / Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Battery Pack Technician / Operator to support the production and testing of high-quality battery packs, including Diva HLS, E-cycle, E-bike, and E-scooter battery packs. The role involves operating and maintaining battery assembly equipment, ensuring quality control, and adhering to all safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Operate and maintain machines such as IR Testing, Spot Welding, Aging Machines, Cell Grading, Battery Cycle Testing (BCT), and Battery Module Standard Testing (BMST), Balancer, Servo Stabilizer &Spot Remover.
● Assemble E-cell and EV battery packs (E-cycle, E-bike, E-scooter, E-rickshaw) as per standard procedures and SOPs.● Monitor production quality and escalate any deviations to supervisors.● Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on machines.● Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.● Troubleshoot machine or process-related issues and recommend improvements.● Coordinate with the Quality and R&D teams to ensure compliance with all safety and performance standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

● Practical experience with IR Testing, Spot Welding, Aging Machines, Cell Grading, BCT, and BMST.
● Strong hands-on experience in assembling E-cell, E-cycle, E-bike, and E-scooter battery, E-rickshaw packs.● Knowledge of battery assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow SOPs.● High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety.● Good problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.

Experience:

● Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in battery pack assembling or a related field.
● Experience in EV battery pack assembly (E-cycle / E-bike / E-scooter, E-rickshaw) is mandatory.

Educational Qualifications:

● Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent technical fields.

Other Requirements:

● Knowledge of standard battery safety procedures and assembling protocols.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.● Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes in battery manufacturing.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
