As a team member at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property. Your responsibilities include adhering to company policies and procedures, promptly reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to your manager, and participating in safety training. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally, establish positive relationships with colleagues, and collaborate effectively towards common goals is key to success in this role. In this position, you will be expected to meet quality expectations and standards, verify information accurately, and handle physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are necessary for manipulating objects of varying sizes and weights. Additionally, navigating through different physical spaces, including narrow or elevated areas, and performing duties as requested by supervisors are part of your daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role will hold a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. No supervisory experience or specific license or certification is required.
