Bartender

A bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a bar or other establishment. They also take orders, process payments, and ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, bartenders manage bar inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to safety and legal regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing and Serving Drinks:Bartenders prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes or customer requests.
• Customer Service:They greet customers, take orders, answer questions about drinks, and provide recommendations.
• Age Verification:Bartenders check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
• Payment Processing:They handle cash and credit card transactions and provide receipts.
• Inventory Management:Bartenders monitor bar supplies, restock as needed, and may assist with ordering.
• Bar Maintenance:They keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Safety and Compliance:Bartenders adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, maintain a safe environment, and follow relevant laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mixology Skills: Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to create new and innovative drinks.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to interact positively with customers.
• Memory and Attention to Detail: Ability to remember drink orders and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Composure: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Physical Stamina: Bartenders often work long hours standing and may need to lift heavy items.
• Legal Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.

Work Environment:Bartenders typically work in bars, restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, and other establishments that serve alcoholic beverages. They may work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and often work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
