Barista/All Rounder

Baristas and Waitstaff are required for a fun, fast-paced casual dining destination. Communication skills and positive attitude are essential.

Barista Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages to specification
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
• Set up and break down the coffee station daily
• Monitor stock of beans, milk, syrups, ice, and other barista supplies
• Clean and sanitize equipment throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly
• Assist guests with coffee knowledge, flavour notes, and recommendations

Waiter / Server Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
• Take orders accurately (POS familiarity preferred)
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and present them properly
• Check in with guests, anticipate needs, and handle special requests
• Maintain table settings, clear dishes, and reset tables efficiently
• Upsell specials, beverages, and add-ons where appropriate
• Manage billing, process payments, and close checks accurately

General Front-of-House Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, attentive atmosphere for all guests
• Maintain cleanliness across FOH areas: floor, counters, service stations
• Handle takeaway orders and packaging neatly
• Monitor and restock service items (cutlery, napkins, glassware, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with the BOH team
• Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned
• Uphold brand standards in appearance, behaviour, and service quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
