Job Description

Beanlore Coffee Roaster is serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and fresh delights in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our opening team and help create a memorable café experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and café snacks according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide excellent service with a friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
  • Assist in café opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Educate customers on different coffee blends, brewing methods, and café specials.
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support team members in creating a positive and welcoming café environment.

Requirements

  • Previous barista or café experience preferred (freshers with a passion for coffee are welcome!).
  • Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing techniques is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
  • Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player with a friendly and approachable personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
