Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and café snacks according to recipes and quality standards. Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide excellent service with a friendly attitude. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. Assist in café opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and maintaining inventory. Educate customers on different coffee blends, brewing methods, and café specials. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Support team members in creating a positive and welcoming café environment. Requirements Previous barista or café experience preferred (freshers with a passion for coffee are welcome!). Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing techniques is an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders. Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
