Barista

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Barista to join our team.You will be the face of our cafe greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome and assist customers with menu selections and ingredient questions.

Accurately take orders, process, process payment (cash,card,mobile), and note preferences

like milk type, sugar ,or size.

Prepare beverages-Espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, tea, shakes following recipes and maintaining consistency

Steam and froth milk, craft latte art, and ensure beverage presentation meets quality standards

Clean and maintain cafe , equipment , and seating area, health and safety protocols

Manage inventory restock supplies , track usage, and inform supervisor when low

Gather customer feedback and share insights on potential menu improvements.

Assist with opening/closing tasks, including cleanup, equipment shutdown, and cash reconciliation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
