Salary Range: ₹ 15,000 to ₹ 22,000 per month
Reports To: Store Manager / Head Chef

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our café team at QUQU Café. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards

· Ensure the coffee station is clean, organized, and well-stocked

· Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional manner

· Knowledge of coffee machine calibration

· Maintain stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure recipe consistency and costing

· Follow hygiene and safety regulations

· Handle POS billing and customer interactions.

· Assist in inventory management and daily café operations.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1–2 years barista experience.

· Basic knowledge of coffee-making techniques.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

· Immediate availability of candidates preferred.
