Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Salary Range: ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 60,000 per month
Reports To: Brand Manager / Directors

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and boost café operations through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including bulk orders, events, and corporate tie-ups.

· Develop and maintain partnerships with local offices, residential societies, and institutions.

· Achieve sales targets through structured planning, outreach, and relationship management.

Marketing & Promotions

· Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, digital activations, and brand collaborations.

· Work with creative and digital teams to manage social media presence and promotional content.

· Coordinate in-store promotional events, festive offers, and influencer campaigns.

· Manage listings, visibility, and performance on aggregator platforms.

Customer & Brand Engagement

· Engage with customers to promote loyalty and collect actionable feedback.

· Support brand-building activities, including product launches and café events.

· Monitor local competitor activities and suggest strategies for better positioning.

Operations & Reporting

· Collaborate with café operations to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing ROI, lead generation, and sales conversion.

· Assist in new outlet launches and ensure marketing collaterals are implemented as per brand guidelines.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.

· 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the café, restaurant, or F&B industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in social media marketing and working knowledge of food delivery aggregators.

· Creative thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach.

· Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
