About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who can craft delicious coffee, mocktails, and other beverages with passion and precision. You’ll be the face of our beverage counter and play a key role in delivering a memorable experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages (mocktails, cold brews, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
• Interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Understand and recommend menu items
• Manage stock of coffee beans, syrups, and ingredients
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams for smooth coordination

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a beverage role
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mocktail preparation
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and a quick learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,856.79 per month
