Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and friendly Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages to customers following our high standards for quality and presentation. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations for coffee drinks and snacks. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments through cash register or POS system. Manage cash drawer and perform closing procedures. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the coffee bar and surrounding areas are clean and organized throughout the shift. Clean equipment, surfaces, and utensils as needed. Inventory Management: Assist with the monitoring of stock levels for coffee beans, syrups, milk, cups, and other supplies. Notify management when inventory is low. Barista Skills Development: Continuously improve skills related to coffee brewing, latte art, and customer service. Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and company product offerings. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth service, a positive work environment, and high-quality customer experiences. Required Qualifications:Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and related equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
