Job Description
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth caf operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
Take customer orders and handle billing / POS operations.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, machines, utensils, and seating area.
Manage inventory and restock items such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and food items.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Explain menu items and recommend beverages to customers.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, milk frothers, and brewing equipment.
Handle customer complaints politely and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support caf team in opening and closing duties.
Skills & Qualifications
10th / 12th pass or graduate (preferred but not mandatory)
02 years of experience as a Barista
Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods.
