Job Description

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times Take accurate orders and handle cash or POS transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report shortages promptly Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment properly Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations Demonstrate a passion for coffee and continuously improve product knowledge and skills
