Role Overview: As a Barista, you will be the face of our café — crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to undergo training to take up additional roles in the future. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages as per café standards. Greet and engage with guests in fluent English, ensuring a warm and friendly experience. Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation. Learn and assist in other café operations under the guidance of our Head Chef. Support the team during busy hours and extended shifts. Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times. Requirements: Prior experience as a Barista or in a café/hospitality environment is an advantage (but not mandatory). Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills. Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Flexible with working hours — must be open to night shifts (till 5 AM).
