Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Pune. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks and food items, engaging with customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include operating brewing equipment, taking customer orders, preparing food items, and providing excellent service to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Barista skills with experience in preparing and serving coffee drinks
• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Effective Communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience in Food Preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
