Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation: Crafting and serving hot/cold drinks (coffee, espresso, teas) to standard recipes, including steaming milk and creating latte art.
Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, processing payments (cash/card), and resolving issues.
Operations: Operating coffee equipment (grinders, espresso machines), managing the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and handling food prep (pastries, snacks).
Maintenance: Keeping the workspace, seating areas, and equipment clean, sanitary, and stocked (cups, beans, syrups).
Inventory: Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and potentially assisting with opening/closing tasks.

Essential Skills & Qualities

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting.
Attention to detail for drink quality and cleanliness.
Knowledge of coffee and brewing methods (or willingness to learn).
Teamwork and a positive, welcoming attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
