Our clientele includes top-tier architects, designers, and luxury homeowners. Our café is a serene, design-forward space that complements this refined experience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and well-groomed Boutique Barista with a passion for specialty coffee and hospitality. The café operates on low volume, high quality, serving a select group of visitors each day. The ideal candidate is confident using a La Marzocco espresso machine, understands the nuances of coffee craft, and brings poise and professionalism to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve premium beverages using La Marzocco equipment and manual brewing methods.
• Deliver an elegant and seamless guest experience aligned with the 1 Marmo brand.
• Maintain a tidy, aesthetic café environment and proactively manage slow periods.
• Handle basic inventory, sourcing, and assist in curating a minimal yet elevated menu.
• Represent the values of excellence, calmness, and design sensibility in daily interactions.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience (ideally in specialty coffee or boutique spaces).
• Proficient with La Marzocco or other high-end espresso machines.
• Trained in espresso extraction, latte art, and manual brews (e.g. pour-over, French press).
• Soft-spoken, well-presented, with excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable with minimal daily footfall and working independently

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
