Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and well-groomed Boutique Barista with a passion for specialty coffee and hospitality. The café operates on low volume, high quality , serving a select group of visitors each day. The ideal candidate is confident using a La Marzocco espresso machine , understands the nuances of coffee craft, and brings poise and professionalism to every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve premium beverages using La Marzocco equipment and manual brewing methods. Deliver an elegant and seamless guest experience aligned with the 1 Marmo brand. Maintain a tidy, aesthetic café environment and proactively manage slow periods. Handle basic inventory, sourcing, and assist in curating a minimal yet elevated menu. Represent the values of excellence, calmness, and design sensibility in daily interactions. Desired Profile: Minimum 1 year of barista experience (ideally in specialty coffee or boutique spaces). Proficient with La Marzocco or other high-end espresso machines. Trained in espresso extraction, latte art, and manual brews (e.g. pour-over, French press). Soft-spoken, well-presented, with excellent customer service skills. Role Overview: We are seeking a polished and proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is key to upholding the 1 Marmo standard of excellence and requires a combination of poise, hospitality, and organisational skill. You will help create a calm and curated experience from the moment a guest enters. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in clients, architects, designers, and scheduled visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage guest registrations, schedule appointments, and maintain a visitor log. Handle incoming phone calls and emails; route inquiries to relevant teams efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely refreshments, tour readiness, and support during meetings. Maintain a tidy, design-forward reception area that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning. Manage basic administrative duties (courier, calendar, office supplies, etc.). Desired Profile: 1–3 years of front desk or guest relations experience, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or design-led environments. Excellent communication in English; a polite and composed demeanor is a must. Well-presented, with a refined sense of style suited to a high-end showroom. Comfortable using email, basic Excel, and appointment scheduling tools. Self-motivated, punctual, and able to stay composed in a calm, low-volume environment.
