Hiring: Barista - Slash Slow Coffee Club, Gandhinagar (Gujarat) Slash Slow Coffee Club is a specialty slow-brewing café in Gandhinagar, focused on quality, minimalism, and mindful coffee experiences. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. 📍 Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat 🏠 Work Mode: On-site (at the café) Role & Responsibilities: • Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages • Brewing using various methods (espresso, pour-over, Aeropress, etc.) • Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and café standards • Interacting with customers with warmth and professionalism • Managing basic café operations during shifts • Staying updated with coffee trends and techniques Requirements: • Prior barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee brewing • Understanding of specialty coffee is a plus • Good communication & customer service skills • Ability to work in a small, detail-oriented team • Passion for coffee culture & willingness to learn Compensation: • Salary will be decided based on experience Why Join Us?
