Bar Supervisor

Experience in Hotel Industry required.

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and supervising the bar staff. This role involves inventory management, staff training, adherence to safety and hygiene regulations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bartenders and bar staff.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service is provided to all guests.
• Monitor bar operations, including cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Train, guide, and motivate bar staff to maintain product knowledge and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist in creating and promoting special offers, cocktails, and beverage menus.
• Prepare daily sales reports and support management with cost control measures.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling and billing procedures.
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a hotel restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or hospitality management.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and POS systems.
• Creativity in cocktail preparation and bar promotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
