We're looking for a dynamic Bar Executive to take the reins and lead our bar operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bar Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and lounge.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service during all shifts.
• Maintain the highest standards in beverage quality, presentation, and guest service.
• Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage bar staff including bartenders, bar backs, and cocktail servers.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and high performance.
• Motivate staff with energy, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence.
• Menu & Inventory Management
• Collaborate with mixologists to innovate and update cocktail menus regularly.
• Monitor and control inventory levels; maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Track beverage costs and optimize pricing and purchasing.
• Customer Experience
• Lead the front-of-house energy by engaging with guests and creating an unforgettable vibe.
• Handle VIP guest relations and manage conflict resolution when needed.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
• Event & Promotion Planning
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to coordinate special events, themed nights, and promotions.
• Be present during peak hours and events to ensure flawless execution and high guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of bar management or supervisory experience in a high-volume or nightlife venue.
• Proven leadership and staff management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on, high-energy personality with a passion for nightlife and hospitality.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Mixology or sommelier certification a plus.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management software.
• Background in launching or rebranding bar concepts is a bonus.
