RESPONSIBILITY:

• Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and schedule bar staff, ensuring effective teamwork and excellent service delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, place orders for beverages and supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
• Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service for all guests, addressing complaints and diffusing tense situations.
• Operations Oversight: Manage bar operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Sales and Promotions: Develop and implement promotional events and sales strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and card payments, managing transactions at the bar or for table service.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, monitor for potential health hazards, and ensure proper alcohol service procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
