Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Salem for a Banquet Operation Manager. The Banquet Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all banquet operations, including planning and supervising events, coordinating with clients and staff, ensuring high standards of service, and managing budgets and resources efficiently. The manager will also ensure that all events run smoothly and that guests have exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Banquet Management, Event Planning, and Coordination skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Customer service and client relationship management skills
• Budget management and resource allocation experience
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
