Banquet Assistant

Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage Associate at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, your main responsibility will be to prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as per the Banquet Event Order. You will also be in charge of setting up tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts, and cordial carts. It is essential for you to communicate any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Ensuring proper clearing of courses and crumbing of tables, as well as replenishing buffet items for consistency and freshness, will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will need to monitor tableware presentation and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of your assigned station and service areas.
