Banking Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic Banking Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, PMS, and other financial instruments
• Develop and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients
• Understand client financial goals and recommend appropriate investment solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and service delivery

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 1–6 years of experience in investment sales or Banking sales
• Strong understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, and investment products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
