Role Description

This is a full-time and opportunity to work with banking industry on-site role for a Banking Sales Associate located in Thane. The Banking Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their banking needs, and providing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include promoting banking products, assisting with account setup, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

   Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers, as well as handle inbound calls to address inquiries and complaints. 

• Sales & Lead Generation:

   Explain products/services, generate interest, and qualify leads to convert them into sales or appointments. 

• Data Management:

   Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records in a CRM system, and document call outcomes. 

• Performance Metrics:

   Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales goals to contribute to team performance. 

• Market Research:

   Gather information on customer needs and market trends to improve engagement strategies.

Salary Details:

• Freshers: ₹16,000 (in-hand) | ₹19,000 (CTC)

• Experienced: Up to ₹26,000 (in-hand) | ₹29,000 (CTC)

(Final salary depends on your last drawn salary and experience)
