Banking & Loan Documentation Officer

Location: Vesu, Surat
Salary: ₹7–8 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Eligibility:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (2–5 years) OR
• CA with minimum 1 year experience
• Experience in banking operations, treasury, finance, or back-office preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor, salary, credit, and loan-related payments
• Post daily journal entries and maintain transaction accuracy
• Manage CC balances, EMIs, WCDL, GML & term loan documentation
• Coordinate with banks for account opening, documentation & compliance
• Handle corporate credit cards and monthly reconciliations
• Support import/export remittances, SWIFT documentation & FEMA/RBI compliance
• Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare MIS and daily fund flow reports

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury & reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and deadline-focused
• Good communication and coordination skills
